Delete your account in the app

1. Open the Javic app and sign in.
2. Go to the Profile tab.
3. Open Settings.
4. Tap Delete account.
5. Confirm by tapping Delete.

Your account is deleted immediately after you confirm, and you are signed out. This action cannot be undone.

Request deletion by email

If you no longer have the app installed, email [email protected] from the address or with the phone number linked to your account, with the subject "Delete my Javic account." We will verify account ownership and delete it within 30 days.

What data is deleted

• Profile: first and last name, email address, phone number, national ID number, and date of birth.
• Saved vehicles and any photos you uploaded.
• VIN search history.
• Device identifiers associated with your account.

What data is retained, and for how long

• Payment and transaction records — kept for [CONFIRM] years to meet accounting and tax obligations under Georgian law.
• Residual copies in backups are permanently purged within 90 days.
